So, I looked into this. I can't turn off the search flood limit when paginating through searches, which is what you're hitting. But I did decrease the limit from 120 to 3 seconds for users. We discussed this a little bit ago, but for context I generally do one type of link per page content, as to not link spam. So, this is intentional, though these transportation sections are getting a slight overhaul anyway.
