Summary: Run a festival event thread celebrating the Equinox in each major city, or at least Ajteire.

Reason: We haven't had any events yet. It gives people a reason to have there characters in a festival. Lots of new people recently joined. I want an excuse to describe Kerasoka War Dances.

Hey, @Mahkasad. I have an idea in mind for our first event, but this will be posted some time after my next round of updates. One step at a time. Don't worry. It's coming!

I'd love to keep this suggestion for next year then! Lunar festivals are the best!

Gonna mark this one as done finally, since we had our first event. Next event will hopefully contain a little more, but it was a good start I think!
