Demonyms and Adjectives for Places and Races

Summary: On the relevant lore pages for places and races, include a new field for demonyms and adjectives. Can also include any slang terms, like those that might be more symbolic than literal.

Reason:
Some of these are intuitive, but some aren't, and having an official listing can remove some of the wonkiness. For example, we're all pretty clear that Elves are elven, Dwarves are dwarven, and people and things from Fellsgard are probably Fellsgardian - but what about from Domrhask, or a person with Shapeshifter-ly qualities?
