Details:
When you use the profile search posts functionality attempting to view the second page triggers the 'Too Often' error and search cooldown.
It appears to cache the results (and work correctly) once the search has been done once, making it difficult to repeat without using multiple target profiles.

Reproduction Steps:

• Go to a character profile with multiple pages of posts (Katarya Frost, Artemis Black, etc)
• Click to the Writer Tab
• Select Search user's posts
• Select any other page of the returned results
• See Cooldown Error

Thanks! Will look into this, though I may need to end up removing the timeout. We'll see.

So, I looked into this. I can't turn off the search flood limit when paginating through searches, which is what you're hitting. But I did decrease the limit from 120 to 3 seconds for users. Therefore, I feel like this will resolve the issue in most cases, unless you're spamming page clicks.
