Color Consitency in Character Census

Type: Technical
Summary: Keep the colors of the pie charts in Character Census consistent across instances. For example, currently under By Gender, Last 180 days Males are green but All Time Males are red. This is confusing at a glance.
This can be done either by manually assigning the colors per option label using a CSS attribute selector like OR, since the colors of the chart are determined by the order of the options (first option is always dark blue), ensuring the options are in the same order across charts (i.e. Undisclosed, Male, Female, Non-Binary in that exact order)
Reason: This would make the census charts more intuitive to navigate! It's not a high priority feature, but is great quality of life.
