Physical Features

Complexion:
Far too pale to spend as much time out of doors as she claims to. She has a generous splatter of freckles ranging from nearly unnoticeable to large and in charge splotches of "hello to you" freckling.
Hair:
Sariah's hair is something akin to a dockside riot. Curls big and small tangling with a few straight locks. Blood reds, orangey reds, and a few auburns come together in the strangest cacophony of a hairstyle ever seen. Long and somewhat poofy, it never seems to be tamed no matter how hard Sariah tries. Maybe that's why she doesn't try so hard anymore.
Other Features

The mismatched hodgepodge of clothing, jewelry, trinkets, armor, and weaponry that Sariah adorns each day is laughable to many who see her, but she is very serious about it. Proud of each item, items she acquired by luck, cunning, or bartering, she knows someday she will be able to replace what she wears but there is extreme pride in her attire as it is now.

Idolism

History

Five was a good number, the best in fact. But three was also good, and then there was ten. Not to say that seven was particularly bad. Oh... sorry. I didn't realize you were here. You must think I am quite the ninny. Hmmm... what do the numbers mean? Well, that's easy. Five is because I was fifth born to my mother. Three because I was the third (and last) girl. Ten because there were ten kids in all. Seven because there were seven brothers. There were also seven "Papas" that I can recall. I rather like numbers. More than that, I love the sea. Or at least fish tales - and other stories of the sea, too.

I suppose you want me to start in the beginning. I am told it is a very good place to start. Someone really should make a song with that line in it. I will need to remember that. Oh but yes, starting in the beginning. I grew up on the south side, well maybe the eastern south side of Fellsgard. You've heard of the place right? I mean you're sitting here in a tavern so of course you must know where you are. My oldest brother came first. Then a set of twin girls, another brother, and me. And after came five more boys.

Willium, Visula, Ursula, Tumas, Sariah, Ruderik, Quentun, Petrun, Orlundon, Nudreck that's us all. I really think my mum had a thing for the letter U. Everyone else has one. I never knew whether she loved me more or less because of it but not much matters there now since she's been gone a good while now. Mum had a thing for men. I know, don't most women? I mean some don't but many do. Mum just happened to fall in love with a new one every year or so. We lived above this rundown little bakery. She made amazing breads, some loaves as big as my torso, and the men loved her bread. I guess some loved other things too. None loved Mum like she loved them though. Pretty sad if you think about it.

By the time I came along, Willi, Vis, Ula, and Tummy all had jobs in the bakery. The girls worked the counter, Willi ran errands, Tummy mixed the ingredients. All that was left for me to do was keep the little ones quiet. I was pretty good at that. And every year it seemed I had another one to take care of. I didn't mind. I kinda liked the little ones. I told them stories about the mists and what was beyond and how someday I would sail through them and bring back treasures so Mum wouldn't have to work so hard.

Doesn't much matter now. Mum's gone, some of 'ems married, a couple took sick and died. Me? I just clear tables at this here tavern, unless I am out to sea, of course. That's my real job, sailing the seas, conquering the mists, slaying beasties. All that stuff.

Uh well not exactly. I been busy here lately, well since the bakery shut down. I plan to go to sea soon, real soon. I been on a ship a bunch of times though. I know there's the rigging and lines and ropes. I just gotta get ready. Bought some gear already with my wages. Not the newest models, and most doesn't match but when the right opportunity comes knocking, I am ready.

Say, you don't happen to have a ship do ya?
