Though Ilovius is a scholar and a wizard he has a much more toned and athletic body than may be inferred from his profession and dress. The years of honing both his mind and body in his village have led to a very well built and maintained combination, not only is his mind quick and sharp but he's also got the reflexes and muscles to back movement and feats of strength that other wizards might refuse or accomplish with pure magic. Certainly not on the level of a barbarian or fighter but easily more muscled than most other wizards.

As for his appearance in Force form, it more closely resembles his physical body than say a full-blooded Elemental would. There's a distinctly humanoid outline though that outline is filled with the beautiful vista of deepest space and quite a bit more nebulous than a true silhouette would be. In this form Ilovius' two eyes are brightly burning stars.

Face:

Currently bearded which lets him look much closer to his age than he looks without one. Faint scattering of freckles across the bridge of his nose and cheekbones.

Hair:

Black as night though, at night, it can appear as the stars across the sky are reflected in his hair.

Eyes:

There's an almost unnerving deepness to Ilovius' light blue eyes.

Personality

To those he's only just met Ilovius will come off as official, matter-of-fact, bookish, knowledgeable and precise. Ilovius strives to be as accurate as possible in all his dealings with others and can make getting to know him a bit of a dry or difficult experience. While those who know him best have come to know a man who is much more down to earth than his first impression and lineage may imply. Ilovius enjoys good company and better food and hardly ever turns down the chance to drink with friends wherever it may be. Despite being officious Ilovius knows when and how to let his hair down when the situation calls for it or he feels comfortable enough with the person.
Given his academic background and profession, most often Ilovius can come off as boorish or obnoxious to those who aren't used to his dry outer shell and that impression may stick for a very long time. Ilovius also likes things going his way, like anyone else, but, unlike most others, will occasionally manipulate situations or those he interacts with to get an outcome that he feels is best or wants strongly. This may not seem plausible when he tries to be as accurate as possible but there will be times he may feel not telling someone something may be better than telling. Be it better for you or him (mostly him) he will tell you what he knows/wants but not ALL that he probably should. For the most part he will try his hardest in outright committing a lie and will mostly try to deceive through omission of information.
Most comfortable when he knows how things work or has situations under control, isn't fond of chaos and will try to bring things to order. Though he loathes to admit it a lot of his Caelimancy is cast, not by knowing what he's doing or through study, but mostly through need and an innate understanding of what he needs to do.

Taking an academic approach to the matter of religion, Ilovius failed to find sufficient evidence to support Archaicism and will find the same to be true of Idolism. Despite wielding what some might call evidence of the gods Ilovius firmly disbelieves until he can find evidence enough to prove to him the existence of the deities.
