If you have finished an achievement and wish to claim the rewards, create a request utilizing the template below. You can submit multiple achievements on the same post, but keep each achievement separate for easier review. Processing an achievement is not automated; staff will need time to look at and approve the writing.

In the form below, the "Achievement" line should be updated with the post link, section/place, and title. Links can be found by right clicking on the post's title and choosing "Copy link address".
