Type: Lore/Character/Event
Summary: Run a festival event thread celebrating the Equinox in each major city, or at least Ajteire.
Reason: We haven't had any events yet. It gives people a reason to have there characters in a festival. Lots of new people recently joined. I want an excuse to describe Kerasoka War Dances.

Gonna mark this one as done finally, since we had our first event. Next event will hopefully contain a little more, but it was a good start I think!
